Living in an environment where there are people from all walks of life can pose danger to our wellbeing. Therefore there is no surprise in how quickly variants can travel between individuals and groups. Practicing healthy and safe hygiene practices can help reduce ones chances of contracting it. We all have a responsibility to look after not just themselves but the people they come in contact with regularly.
Let us keep ourselves and the people around us safe.

My name is Margaret White, a strong and ambitious black woman who is motivated to achieve whatever she puts her mind to. I'm a mother of two beautiful daughters and a grandmother to a wonderful two year old.
I was born in the beautiful Caribbean Island of Montserrat and now resides in the United Kingdom. I am a university graduate with a Bachelor degree in Health Studies and over fourteen years experience working in the care industry as a care worker.
I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of others and was fortunate to work with individuals from a multicultural background. This has given me first hand experiences and the ability to learn about other cultures and apply it in practice.
I am looking forward in developing a platform where I can liaise with the wider community with my knowledge and experience.
